This is my first ever resin project. I followed all the rules and did my own research to pull it off. I was not confident at all based off reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I'm giving them as a gift and I'm calling them a 1st edition lol. The pieces are very thick, the mold is durable and definitely going to be functional for many more sets The removal was very easy. My resin didn't stick to the mold at all. I was nervous about the pigment ripping pieces of the mold off when I pulled them out, since that was a common complaint. I did not use heat, and I think that's why they came out without ripping. I waited about 30 hours before I pulled them out and they came out very clean. I used a 24 hour resin for these. I'll update later on the brand and finished product. Now that I know what I'm doing, I'm excited to make better dominoes. It was very fun. ... show more

The mold is thick and sturdy, the size of the dominos is great too. But the first time I used it, all the dominos got stuck to the mold, and had to throw out the mold. I learned that if too much heat is used then the silicone will melt, therefore combining with the resin and getting stuck. Ill give it another try and hopefully it doesn't happen again. ... show more

Literally a few millimeters off of the length of the standard size dominoes. otherwise, this mold is perfect for making custom dominoes. I used a heat gun to remove bubbles from the epoxy and the mold didnt burn or singe.
