We got this for Karaoke for a birthday party and it took a few tries to get it to work but when it did work, it' worked great. Hopefully this will help other as I didn't readily see step by step instructions on how to do this...and maybe I didn't need all that I had to do...but this is what I did to get it to work for me. I needed to buy an additional component - an Optical cable to Audio (the red and white) cable converter. with that here is the set up... TV (optical audio cable) to optic audio converter Optic audio coverter (using the red/white audio cables) to mixer Mixer (using another set of red/white audio cables) to soundbar iPad using Youtube to stream karaoke songs to the TV. That's it...once you know the right set up, it works great. Microphones worked great, the sound was perfect for karaoke and all had a good time.

Very disappointed with this product. Started out decent but within the past few weeks (and after the return window) it's started dropping the USB connection in the middle of recording. Extremely unreliable. Instructions are also very poor.

Just received it today. So Far its working great. Mics are pretty clear. Best bang for your buck. Wireless Mics with Mixer, it should be a simple and cost effective Karaoke System to connect to your TV if you know what you're doing. Will update review if things change.

Bought this for a small wedding. The range on the microphones is decent. The mixer is decent. Only downfall is the Bluetooth will disconnect and reconnect when pausing music. Wasn’t too appealing when Bluetooth disconnected and reconnected because it lets you know with a female voice that goes through the speakers.

As a starter set I think this setup is pretty good for the price. It’s not studio quality, but it doesn’t claim to be. The sound can get a bit messy as you increase the gain. I wish the microphones would power down automatically if they’re not used, as it’s easy to leave them on and they will burn through the batteries pretty quickly. Overall I’m happy, and my neighbors get to enjoy my poor singing voice as well as my friends’ drunken karaoke. Eventually they’ll get the message that we do it “My Way”!
