This is not cheap but after having severe dry eyes that my eye dr was so concerned about and using expensive eye drops and decided to buy them at his office because I saw the reviews when I googled the product. People said it made a big difference in their eyes. When I went back for my follow up, he was astonished at the turnaround. I told him I had decided to buy his instead of Nordic Natural brand. He was so pleased as he thought I had Shjrogens with as severe as my eyes were. Now I’m a firm believer in this product and will use it permanently because they feel so much better since using it. I didn’t know that Amazon carried this and just looked during Black Friday and it was much cheaper than what I get at my drs office. If you have dry eyes then this is the one you want. Check the label and see what fish they get this from. I had never paid attention to that. But once I compared this had the wild caught fish that is needed. They are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Trust me…this is the brand to buy for quality fish oil supplements.

Recently went to a dry eye spa clinic, and this was the only one they carried and recommended for dry eyes. Overall, this is an excellent product. My only concern is that DHA oxidizes very easily, which can be harmful to the brain. I wish the capsules were opaque, and the bottles were black to provide better protection from light.

I’ve been using DE3 Dry Eye Ultra Pure rTG Omega-3 for a few months now, and the difference in my dry eye symptoms has been noticeable. The high potency 2400mg EPA & DHA really sets this apart from standard fish oil supplements, and it’s clearly formulated with eye health in mind. One of the biggest wins for me is that it’s truly burpless—no fishy aftertaste at all, which is a huge plus when taking three capsules a day. The rTG (re-esterified triglyceride) form feels easier on my stomach and gives me confidence that absorption is better. After consistent use, my eyes feel less irritated, less gritty, and more comfortable throughout the day, especially during long screen time. I also appreciate that a single bottle lasts three full months, making it convenient and cost-effective.
