For years I have had dry eyes to where the edge of my eyelids were also dry. This caused my eyelashes to look like they had dandruff. There was nothing I could do to make it better even using eyelid cleaners and foams. I got PRK done on both eyes and before surgery my doc gave me a bottle of the PNR fish oil omega 3. He said this will fix everything when it comes to dry eyes and he was right. A week after my surgery i had no dry eyes whatsoever and no more signs of dry eyelids and dandruff in the eyelashes. When I blink it feels good and I have not used wetting drops now for a month. I know it's expensive I get it but if you truly suffer from dry eyes, the price is worth it. You will not regret using these.

These are the omega-3's my eye doctor recommended and I really love them! I have had absolutely no unwanted side effects from them! I take 3x/day. I can tell the most difference in my nail growth but my skin and eyes are improving a little too I think, they are just so dry at baseline but this is good to use in combo with lots of other hydration methods!

I bought these at the direction of my eye doctor for help with dry eyes. The dosage is three a day but they were so expensive that I only took one a day. My stomach started to feel upset the first day, and by day two I couldn’t stop burping. By day three, I was doubled over in pain. I stopped taking them after day three but it took about three more days for my stomach to stop hurting and get back to normal. They seem to be fine for a lot of people as there were plenty of good reviews that encouraged me to make the purchase. They were very expensive and unfortunately I read too late that they were not returnable. Going forward, I will be more careful about making sure items are returnable in situations like this. I will never knowingly order from a company that doesn’t protect the best interests of their customers in such tough economic times.
