Exactly what we needed for our home gym! The slope is not too steep but still provides plenty of assistance for new skills. We use it for our 6- and 8-year-olds and it's plenty long. I use this as a slant board to relieve tight muscles especially for my back. This works better for me than an inversion table. This pad is easy to clean especially after my dogs seem to enjoy their chews on it. The firmness is just right for me to easily get up from the reclining position.

This thing is well built but it's too firm for falling on which is the stage my 5 year old tumbler is in. She would rather hit the carpet than this thing when trying her flips. Maybe it will soften up with more use.
