I was pleasantly surprised how attractive and functional these curtains were for the price. They greatly darken a room that has southern exposure which keeps the room cooler as well. Yes they are creased and wrinkled out of the package after being compressed for so long. I did notice a small stain on one panel but decided to spray a little Shout on it and the stain literally disappeared. I then opted to throw them in fast wash and light tumble in dryer to remove some of the surface wrinkles. I used a steam iron to greatly reduce the deep creases from being packaged. They flattened out a good 90% and the rest will release after hanging in time. The fabric really has a linen-like texture appearance so I don't have to hide them behind curtain panels. ... show more

Love these curtains--great buy for the money. I was skeptical about the material, but it is a very nice, heavy, wrinkle-free material that has a nice feel and really blocks out the light--at least in the lovely red color we bought (a nice cherry red, not too orange). I appreciate the tie-backs so we can let the sun in to warm our room in winter, then close the curtains in the evening when the temperature drops. Hopefully these curtains will also keep us cooler in summer. They were easy to hang, especially with the tab backs. No ironing required! And our bedroom is so dark in the mornings that, even with a blazing sun outside, I have to turn a lamp on to see my way around the room to get to the curtains to open them. The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about these because of the mixed reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. These have been hanging in my room for about a month now. They are definitely black out curtains! It stays very dark in here. They have a nice texture. The fabric feels expensive (to me). The only negative in my opinion is that they hold wrinkles… they came folded up and I haven’t been able to remove the lines from the folds perfectly.. i laundered them, tumble dried and hand steamed them and still not out all the way. I think it’s getting better as time goes on though. Either way, not a reason for me to return such a quality curtain at this low of a price point :) ... show more

During the summer months, the morning sun is so bright coming through our two kitchen windows. Our replacement windows hold the heat from getting into the room but the brightness blinds us. These curtains are of good weight and block about 90% of that sunlight. They are soft and wash well. Very glad I chose them!! ... show more

Frustrated to find these aren’t truly 95” curtains. We have 8’ ceilings and 95” curtains throughout the house. These curtains are 4” off the ground hung with a rod and the 1”bunched material above the rod is touching the ceiling. While these can be hung multiple ways they’re meant for a rod so I assumed 95” meant WITH the rod. The only way these are close to 95” is if you’re hanging with clips and then they’re going to probably be closer to 97-98” depending on clips. The Ivory linen color is beautiful and the light blackout is very good. When I looked back at the images of the curtain product I noticed the main image doesn’t show the extra 1” or so of material that bunches above the rod pocket for style. Another picture later does show this. Sad to return these. ... show more

I love these curtains! So pleased with the texture and how soft it is with a durable stiffness of the quality it has, 100% black out with fabric. Sadly my rods are a little high for this 52 in length but there is roughly 2 in I can gain by letting out the bottom hem, which appears to be finished at the very edge. I would love to have the option for a longer length of this brand and will be on the hunt of longer length for the living room. Delivery/packaging was great and I even got it 1 day earlier than first estimated. ... show more

These curtains are great for the money! They are well made and look more expensive than they actually are. I like that I can wash them at home and don’t have to deal with dry cleaning. I like that the back of the panel is white. It makes it look like a lined curtain. I was concerned that the lining would be plastic-like as some reviewers said that was the case. I don’t think the lining is plastic-like. I had some blackout curtains from Target in my son’s room for years—those had a plastic backing for sure! The backing on this curtain is of much better quality—it feels like a thick fabric to me. I hung them up right away—and yes, I will need to contend with the wrinkles. Also, I recommend hanging these with the metal clip rings. They drape better and slide open and closed so easily hung this way. I’m going to buy more of these curtains for other rooms of my house. ... show more
