Got this for my mom, since the holidays was close. She loves to do her makeup and hair but her current vanity mirror was too small and segmented. Then I saw this one, initially it's for a bathroom but I figured what would be the difference if I put it on her wall 🤔 . It's not too heavy, which was one of my concerns because of my walls but it isn't very heavy at all and has many anchor points . Overall I'd say it's a great upgrade for any mirror un your house, or easy diy vanity upgrade. In terms of the heating element I don't have any comment on that since it will not be needed for my use case. Would buy again .

I was very disappointed with the purchase as my expectation was different. My expectation was that I would receive a mirror where the lighting was adequate for brightening up the space immediately in front of the mirror. I already have can lights in the bathroom and wanted something that would provide enough brightness that I could remove the vanity lights above the existing mirror. The lighting was far from adequate. I would consider the lighting more of an accent. It just creates a modest glow. If that is all you're after this mirror would likely suit your purposes.
