They work great I have a surgery coming up and had to be Cotinine free. They showed that it was still in my system for 3 week and finally started to come up (COT) Free. Day 1, I was positive. By day 7 of not smoking cigarettes, I tested negative with a faint line. Now at Day 9, I’m still testing negative but my line is JUST a little darker. I wish the line was darker. I was a heavy smoker. About 7-10 per day. ADVICE: To get a negative result vitamin C and green tea supplements will be your BF. I started taking 1000mg vitamin C and green tea supplements on day 6 AND by day 7, I tested negative. I also pressed fresh orange juice and drank that most of the day. Vitamin C speeds up the removal of cotinine on a cellular level by 33% and green tea speeds up your metabolism to help your body get rid of the toxin but do your own research.
