This clear glycerin M&P is super easy to use. I live in the NW- it's cold and rainy but I have never thought of it as "humid." Since starting this hobby in February, I have learned that what makes you feel sweaty is the "Dew Point." So, southeastern states- Florida, Alabama, etc make you feel sweaty, they have a low dew point. If you live in a cold, rainy state- there is high humidity- so, wrap your glycerin M&P bars in plastic!! If you live in Alabama, you might sweat to death- but your soap will be fine!!! This ballerina was an earlier project. It cooled a little faster than I thought and you can see (through the plastic) that it got a little chunky on the top. This clear glycerin is great if you want to embed your soap. The first bar I made was not attractive. I didn't like the shape or the colors. I cut it up and put it in this 4oz mold, poured this clear M&P around it and I can't say its smashing, but way to salvage a less attractive bar. I'd recommend this M&P- just remember to wrap you bar if you live in a humid area! ... show more

This makes good glycerin soap. I buy it again because I pay for 2 pounds and get 2 pounds. Several other brands I have tried short you by anywhere from a half to a full ounce. Ounces add up when making lots of soap. I like to get what I pay for.
