I struggle with two things with product descriptions. One, sometimes the description isn't right and you end up disappointed. Two, sometimes the purchaser doesn't look at the details and makes a mistake. Both happened here. Just a bit. Not enough to take away a star or do a facepalm. My wife looked over my shoulder and said "Order that! I like it!" So, I did. When she tried it on and said she didn't like that the liner was polyester, I pointed out that the description said that was so. Not a fair criticism of the product! But when I looked closer myself, I saw the other problem. The picture clearly shows a woman wearing the shirt with her skin visible through the back half of the shirt, leading one to think the liner is only on the front half. Not so. It is like a stitched-in camisole. Also, the description says the shirt is crafted so that the soft cotton is against the skin. Confusing, right? Nevertheless, this is a beautiful and well made garment! I think for tops in the $30ish range, "good" is good enough--this is better than usual in that price range. The cotton is a lovely, lace-like "eyelet" fabric that blends a classic pattern with a nice, contemporary cut. The camisole feature is well made and serves its purpose nicely--it is thin and quite soft and doesn't impose. It isn't the shirt's fault my wife didn't see beforehand that the camisole is poly, and some will prefer that. She says she's less likely to wear it when the environment she's in is on the warmer side. She ordered the small and it fits her 125lb, 5' 6" frame nicely (it is a loose cut but slightly tailored--it is NOT baggy). I think it would look just as nice on a larger frame with a closer fit, but not if it was tight.

Most of my shirts are black, gray, blue and green and so this wine red shirt is very striking and different from my norm. In fact, I’m planning on wearing it on Christmas because the color is so festive. I normally wear a large shirt and this one is true to size, because it is slightly oversized it looks flattering. It does have a liner in the body of the shirt (but not the sleeves) so you don’t have to worry about putting another shirt underneath because of the eyelet material. However, the eyelet material on the sleeves does make it a bit breezy when it’s chilly outside because of the holes. I really like the elastic cuffs on the shirt, the style is eye catching and elegant. I love this shirt. I’m not eager for summer to end, but I am looking forward to some cooler days just so I can wear the shirt.

This is a very pretty style, I love that it has the same pattern all over the shirt and only the arms are exposed when it comes to where the pattern is. Its sized very well, and its comfortable to wear. The Buttons seem a bit difficult to button the first couple of times, I think they will loosen up after awhile, but that's the only con I have for it, other than that I love it!
