I got this pin because I recently finished a med and phlebotomy technician course in school. The pin is lovely but the clasp that holds the pin in the back is faulty - it doesn't stay together. So you cannot pin it on your badge or vest/uniform it will fall right off. Take it from me - just keep it inside a badge holder or in the little plastic case. I got this after I took the ASCP board of certification - just wanted to let myself know I went the extra mile for me. It is great - just the issues with the clasp. Who knows maybe I got a clunker and they are quite nice - still the clasp stinks. *3.9 stars ---- the clasp ruins the whole pin; if was able to stay clipped/shut together it would be way better* ... show more

great pin! well packaged. the only thing i really didn't like is the pin in the back its like a safety pin, so instead of making one hole you would need to make two holes.
