This SIM Card was supposed to fit my Samsung Galaxy phone (I bought the phone thru Amazon and it did not come with a SIM card). I place the card into the slot and, of course, my phone did not obtain a number to make or receive calls. Amazon search showed me the card but it does not help.

I bought this SIM card for my mother because she will come to the US to visit me and my two children during the summer vacation. It comes with a 5GB data package, and also offers unlimited calls to the US, China, Canada and Mexico, as well as global text messaging services. I think it should meet her needs. The activation process was simple and straightforward. Now she uses this SIM card to call her family every day. The call quality is indeed very good, with clear sound and almost no delay. Moreover, the 5GB data volume is sufficient for her, as she mainly uses the phone for navigation, checking some information, or occasionally using translation apps, so she has not exceeded the data limit.

The first month of service is already pre-loaded on the SIM card, so it was very simple to visit ENC's website and activate the line. I had no difficulty transferring my existing phone number, but of course, you have the option of getting a new one instead. There's also no need to enter payment details until you want to renew. The line was ready within a few minutes, and ENC sent an email confirming all the details. The whole process was very smooth and painless.
