The SIM card came nicely packaged with clear instructions. Overall, it’s an okay product—not terrible, but not perfect either. Important note: this is data-only, not for phone calls. Also, it’s a FULL-SIZE SIM card, not a micro or nano SIM, which most newer iPhones and Androids use. Make sure to check your device’s SIM size before purchasing or inserting. Keep this mind if you’re absolutely sure your device is unlocked, supports manual APN (Access Point Name) setup, and you’re comfortable handling the network configuration yourself. Like I said, it ok. Check some of the other reviews as we are all saying pretty much the same thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with 4/5 wish there was a 3.5 stars. If you meet those conditions, it works just fine for temporary data use. Great for tablets, hotspots, or travel setups. But for the average phone user, there are easier plug-and-play options out there. ... show more

Wow, that's a lot of gigs! I couldn't kill it....and I tried to use it very heavily. We went on a long road trip and I thought we would use it up, but we didn't. But on a more serious note, it was a good value for the gigs that it came with. The speed was about what was expected for my area and it was super easy to setup and activate. I tried to use this in my unlocked cellular router, but couldn't get any service. I changed the API per the instructions but nothing ever connects, no matter how many reboots. It just doesn't function. I can't speak to service quality, data quality or call quality because nothing works. It was a total let down and I would never suggest. I tried contacting support but they told me to do what I'd already done, change the API and would not activate it on their end, so it was useless. ... show more

if you were not aware, this only gives you data to use with your sim enabled device. quality will depend on what carrier it decides to connect you to when you are using this outside. otherwise it does what it says.

    • Horrible network coverage split across the different carriers because it is 4G
The signal strength was pretty bad and when I speed tested the download upload was a nice slow snail crawl of 10 mbps. I think the issue is that 4G isn't the prioritized network int he US anymore, so data speeds are especially slow. Physical installation was easy, but actually setting it up was not straightforward at all, and I needed to connect to internet through a different method to watch an influencer video which also wasn't very clear on the instructions.
