I bought some light green terry cloth towels in 2010, but they are old and stained. I have looked online for many years for light green towels to replace my old ones with, but I could never find anything that I liked. It seems like too many towels these days are microfiber, which isn't what I wanted. Also most of all towels that I looked at were too dark green. And then I finally found these Premium Kitchen Towels. The dark green pattern ones are close enough to my desired color to make me super happy. I flip it upside down because right side up has some stripes that are flat and thin looking, whereas upside down I don't notice the flat stripes and it all looks like thick terry cloth. I don't care for the other two patterns. The striped towels are too flat and thin and I don't like the light colors (white and light green). The light green towels are thick but I don't like the color either. Too light. But as long as I have the two darker green towels, I am happy. The 20" x 28" is a good size too. Slightly bigger than my old towels, and that is actually a good thing because I was starting to think that they were too small. I use kitchen towels to dry my dishes on because I don't like plastic dish drainers. Anyway, I am just super happy that after 13 years I found some light green kitchen towels that I like after looking for so long and not finding anything that I liked.

Not having a dishwasher for over 30 years (besides my own two hands...), trying to find absorbent kitchen towels has been a chore. What used to work (100% cotton) is somehow not the same thing as back in the day. I washed these before using, and there was hardly any shrinkage at all. Super absorbent, with none of that plastic-like moving of water around something that other towels I have tried did, though claiming to be 100% cotton. Yes, I air dry our dishes... but when I am cooking/baking and needing a quick wash and dry of a pan or glass dish, these preform just great. The item is as dry as a bone right away. Three different thicknesses are included in this set... and I find that the thicker one is just as absorbent as the thinner one is (and the medium one in the middle) , so I reach for whatever one is nearby. Wonderfully large, but not so large that you don't know what to do with it. The hanging hook is nice, would be nice to be able to rip off the small tag, but no big deal. (That is what scissors are for.) I am very very pleased... so much that I have delegated ALL of my old kitchen towels to the rag bin or for other uses. What is baffling to me are the low reviews. Reading them seems to be believable in that perhaps they got a bad batch? I am pleased as ever with my towels. Yet they seem to be just as baffled by all of the good reviews. Hmmmm... Interesting. If you are on the fence about purchasing... I would say 'go for it'... I love-love-love the ones I got and just ordered another set in the same color. No photo with review this time... and no 'vine thing' that affects the review. (I tend to skip those reviews...of course 'it is great' -you only pay federal tax for the item's value!... but that is me.)

I am seriously in love with these towels. I am so glad they come in a multi pack which makes it super nice when you know there are different things in the kitchen that you need good towels for. These take the cake. Seriously. I have been on the hunt for at least sub par tea towels, since this is all that is used in our kitchen. Our older ones are in poor shape, so finding a great, absorbent, and cotton had been hard to find. I love these towels. They are absorbent and they are so well made to boot. So, I actually fount some very great quality towels for a price that is not so big a hit on the pocket. I will be buying another set ASAP.

These towels are even better than they look online. They’re huge, soft, absorbent and in varying shades of gray that match my kitchen. I washed them before using and they came out of the dryer in perfect condition. I like that some are thick and some are thinner; both thicknesses work great.

I have just gotten these, washed and dried them with no shrinkage. The thinner ones seem to be unraveling a bit in the ends, but if they stay this absorbent I will sew them myself! They dry dishes great, even the thicker towels. I will give them some time, then order more for me and others!!!!

These towels are a gift from the kitchen gods. They look gorgeous and have deep, rich colors and they’re well made. After several months of using them they are showing very minimal signs of wear and tear, which is impressive because we use them frequently throughout the day. They are soft and had seams that were well sewn. They dry relatively fast, especially if you spread it out over your oven door handle. The cloth is thick for two of the patterns and features one pattern that is lighter in its thickness; I appreciate having a variety of towels in my kitchen. There were no problems with shrinking in the dryer and you can’t beat the price for 6 quality kitchen towels. The size is wonderful too! I’m definitely going to buy more for myself and to give out as part of a kitchen gift basket for Christmas.
