I put the comforter in the dryer on low for like 10min before inserting in my duvet. I could’ve done longer but I was impatient and wanted to see what it would look like lol. Very impressed, huge upgrade from my previous cheape comforter I got from Burlington that was very flat. It does make a slight “crunch” noise but it’s really not noticable, I just noticed it because I saw other reviews say something about it so I was looking for the noise but you wouldn’t notice it if your wernt trying. I MIGHT would pay $150 again for this comforter, I’m cheap😅 but I’m definetly glad I went ahead and purchased it, won’t be returning :) ... show more

On the tag it says to use a large capacity washer and dryer, which I have. But unfortunately it compacts so much being wet, it got a tide pod stuck in the crevices. I threw it in the dryer, and dried the tide pod to it. I had to rewash twice and re adjust the blanket through the cycle to make sure I rinsed out all of the dried on detergent. Next time, I'm just dry cleaning it. Also, I washed when I first got it because it had such a plastic-y feel. But after the third wash, and twice dried- it feels much better. I needed to replace my almost 10yr old down comforter because it was so thin and wasn’t keeping me warm anymore. I shopped around and decided to try this one. My original one was like $300 from The Company Store and prices have gone up and I just didn’t want to spend that much again right now. I’ve had this about 3 weeks now and I love it!! It’s really fluffy and has a good comforting weight to it. It’s not too noisy like some cheaper down comforters can be. It’s also not crunchy. Iykyk. And I haven’t had an issue yet with any feathers popping out. It’s definitely like medium warmth. I actually get a little warm at night even with my fan on. I probably won’t be able to use this in the summer. But I can save my old comforter for that then. Hopefully this one lasts me many years as well! ... show more

I love this comforter . I keep my house at 70 while I’m sleep and it doesn’t make me hot or cold, keeps me perfect . So comfortable , so soft. I put it in the dryer with some wool drying balls to help plump up the comforter when I first got it . I already plan on getting the heavy/winter one. Also, I have a queen size bed and got a king so I can have that draping effect on the sides of my bed, so I recommend to size up! ... show more

Love this blanket. Extra fluffy and quite warm. I like to be really warm while sleeping and this has helped me not pile my bed with blankets. I live in north east America so this comes in handy for those really cold nights. To fluff it I put it in the dryer. No feathers pop out and get ya while sleeping. I have a king one and fits my queen bed nicely. Haven’t tried it in the summer but probably won’t be a problem because I like to be warm all year. Great value for product! ... show more

To be fair, we live in Southern California, so winters here are ridiculously mild. That said, I thought the all season option would be ideal for us - cooler than a true winter comforter but fluffier and more luxurious than summer weight. This definitely delivers on the decadent, luxurious front but OH MY GOD IS IT HOT. We keep our bedroom between 62 and 67 degrees and I find myself inevitably waking up in the middle of the night, crazy overheated and frantically kicking the comforter as far away from me as I can. I mean, claustrophobic levels of hot. Boiling. I hate the thought of giving up on all this deliciously soft, high end fluffiness but there’s no way it’ll ever work in the summer - or even the spring, for that matter. Will be opting for the light weight option soon - crossing my fingers it won’t be too far a cry from the high end feel of its all season counterpart. ... show more

All I wanted for Christmas was a hotel-like duvet cover and that's what I got! It's nice to go to sleep to and nice to wake up in. One cavet - It sleeps a little warm, so I may reduce this to 4 stars after sleeping it in during the Spring/Summer. But for now, 4/5.
