- KIKAR WOOD EDGES - The Board also has 2" (approx. 5cm) Kikar Wood edges with rosewood detail corners for good purchase and rebound. Kikar wood is a dense hardwood which is used to give a good level of rebound.
- BOARD WEIGHT 7 KG The back of the board is reinforced to ensure the boards rigidity and to prevent warping.

It looks great online, but the board is really cheaply made, not as smooth and the pockets are knitting bags that are stapled into the board. The playing surface is uneven in some places. Also the coins that come with it are uneven too. The coin will keep on spinning after it has been hit with the striker. The surface is very rough - even after using the powder - the striker wont bounce back (rebound) after hitting the side twice. The Carrom board is flat (no props/raisers) at the bottom - never used such sub-standard carrom board. The worst part is after 3 months - i found that the board has curved little bit.

Beautiful board, made very well. Only complaint is that the the design is off just a couple centimeters but nothing too bad, barley noticeable. I would recommend, craftsmanship met all expectations

This is a nice board. It seems well made. Everything you need to play comes with it in a nice storage bag. The instructions are a little hard to use. When I looked up how to play it on you tube, it really was better. It doesn't help that their are several ways you can play. Even knowing that, I think they left out some key details in their instructions. I would suggest looking up how to play on the internet. It also takes skill. This is a bit longer to play especially if you are a beginner. The board is big for a board game. Notice the dimensions. It is basically finger pool. This makes it nicer to play on a table in a smaller space than a pool table, but it still takes up a bit of room.

Once we unpacked the board and coins i immediately noticed that striker has been used, it has scratched surface underneath. The board didn’t seem smooth and we put the powder they sent. God that powder is awful, it feels like I’m playing on a road or something. After using the powder, board sounds like powder is made of rocks. I don’t mind paying more for quality product but the quality sucks.
