Offering substantially more horsepower over similarly sized turbos, the PT6870 GEN2 CEA is the perfect choice for those wanting to make more power without changing their current system. Featuring Precision's exclusive CEAÂ (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) 68mm compressor wheel with a 2.678" inducer (68.02mm) and 3.640" exducer (92.46mm) machined from a 2618-aluminum forging. On the exhaust side this turbocharger utilizes a GEN 2 CEAÂ 70mm turbine wheel with a 3.100" inducer (78.74mm) and 2.764" exducer (70.206mm). The GEN2 PT6870 Turbocharger is a great choice for a high performance turbo capable of making a respectable amount of power. Only available with an air-cooled, dual ceramic ball-bearing (Ball Bearing Turbo) CHRA (center housing rotating assembly) and your choice of a Ported S (4.0" Inlet / 2.5" Outlet) or H (4.0" Inlet, 3.0" Outlet) compressor cover. Precision's exclusive CEAÂ Compressor Wheels are CNC-machined from 2618-forged Aluminum which is specifically designed for maximum performance. This cutting- edge technology is used to provide greater efficiency and faster transient response which results in less turbo lag than traditional cast wheels of the same size. CEAÂ wheels can handle high boost pressures, and make significantly more power without sacrificing weight or cost.
