Soooo... I'm not sure but I think the items are supposed to be full. Lol some of items were kind of bent up and the plastic bags they came in looks like they have been used before. Now I'm just starting with nails. This is my second kit (first was morovan) and I must say I was not satisfied until I used the clear powder. I like the way it looks. The UV light is not strong but the drill is must better than my other one I purchased. I'm not so sure that this deserves anything more then 3 stars.
