I have only had this for one day so I cannot speak to durability. The carb kit showed up quick and was cheap. It looks good to me and came with gaskets for both sides although it did not have the plastic grommet where the throttle lever attaches, I had to re-use the one from my old original carb which was fine considering I had it. I bought this for my 2010 cub cadet with Kohler Courage 20hp that had a pretty bad surge. The low idle circuit on my original carb had a limiter on it only allowing 3/4 of a turn which didn't help much. Rather than try to clean out the factory carb I just bought this. I had to crank it a bit to get it primed (no issue there) and once it started it smoked pretty heavily for a minute or so. Once it all settled down and the smoke cleared I was shocked at how well my mower was running and started. My experience so far has been excellent.

I bought this as a last ditch effort for a 18hp Kohler lawn mower engine. I figured the price was cheap enough if it didn’t work I wasn’t out much. It was easy to install, fit perfect. In the description it said it was pre tuned. After about 25 mins to install, it started right up and the engine is running better than it did when it was new. Well worth the money.

Bolted right in and my mower fired right up, very minimal tuning needed. Perfectly as described, no leaks and lasted a year, still going strong. Perfectly packaged/shipped, etc. 10/10.

Had low expectations for a $17 replacement carb. Was very surprised at the quality build on this. Perfect fit, good gasket material and fired first time with no issues and no adjustments needed. Not sure how long it will last but at 17 bucks it cost less than a rebuild kit and saves a lot of time and aggravation.

this unit was a replacement for the first one that leaked gas everywhere including my cylinder head which caused my mower to hydro lock. This unit worked properly for 45 minutes. I shut the mower off when I was done mowing. After it had cooled off I wanted to move it into my storage area and it would not start. I removed the carburetor and found that the needle valve was stuck and would not allow fuel to flow. While I realize that this was a low cost carburetor, I would suggest spending a few more $$$ and get a different unit. Unless you enjoy removing and replacing on a regular basis. Pretty poor quality.
