Great product I love the color and how much it's helped my postpartum belly go down it also has the support on the sides and on my spine that help me not be slouching but improves my posture when im using it. I am using the wrap to recover from my C-section surgery. It is easy to put on and pretty comfortable to wear over all. It provides good back support. I am a petite person and so it is a little uncomfortable to sit while wearing it. For someone with a longer torso, that is likely not going to be an issue. I originally ordered a size 'M' based on the size guide. However, it was big for me and so I sized down to an 'S'. It fits well.

I am so impressed with the postpartum girdle. The design is well made and thoughtful with details. I really like how it supports your back as well. It is very smooth and not visible under your clothing. The fabric is soft and feels smooth on your skin. I like the separate velcro fans so you can adjust as you go along. I love how supportive the binder is and how easy it is to put on. Everything is one piece so you’re not dealing with separate pieces. It’s breathable and discreet. Way more supportive than the one you get from hospitals. A must for C section recovery!

Bought this for after my c-section and it didn’t fit while in the hospital, but it did fit a few days after we got home. There are 3 big straps for the main tightening around body, then the thinner mesh part for tightening around your waist I believe. I find it difficult to get it as tight as I want because everytime you adjust one of the bigger straps, you have to then adjust them all and they kind of lay over one another. It’s comfortable to wear for me personally when walking or moving around, but it is not comfy for me to sit in and definitely not for sleeping in in my opinion. This was my second c-section and I did feel like the band does cut into my incision a bit (but my incision is lower) so I had to wait a little longer before I felt okay to wear. I also have a 1 yr old at home and while constantly chasing them around the house I do feel like I had trouble keeping the binder in place.

I recently had a c-section, and had two other girdles that were good prior to buying this one... but I am so glad I found this one, because this one is GREAT. I was a bit skeptical at first, but this girdle truly exceeded my expectations. The material is soft enough yet firm, offering excellent compression without feeling too tight or restrictive. It smooths everything out beautifully under my clothes, giving me a much more confident silhouette. I especially appreciate the way it supports my lower back — it helps with my posture and reduces discomfort during long days. It stays in place all day and doesn’t roll down or bunch up like others I’ve tried. Plus, it’s breathable enough to wear even in warm weather.
