I like how there are 3 different support styles to this. It’s 3 parts. Not the best when seated but most aren’t. Fully supportive with 2 parts and the shoulder straps are just an extra. I like it overall and it helped alleviate alot of the weight on my back.

Helped when my ligaments started to soften around 4 months pregnant and noticed it was hard to stand up straight at work. Wear on and off definitely a life savor. Suspenders get lose frequently which is kinda annoying but it's helpful.

Sometimes I think this brace helps with pain and pressure on growing belly sometimes not. I wear it when I’m going walking for a long ways or more vigorous work out. The belly band needs to be wider because the back brace part of it needs Velcro to attach and it often doesn’t line up and I have to fold it. I’ve had it snag several shirts. Much needed relief! Idk about the claim for preventing stretch marks but this definitely gives my lower back and abdomen support. Last night I felt my belly was not as low in my pelvis as it was without the support! I have diastasis recti (abs split in half) from my first set of twins so I really need to wear these support things for pregnancy. My pre pregnancy size was 5’3” 110 lbs I’m now 26 weeks pregnant with twins and 150 lbs. I bought a different brand one without the suspenders when I was 18 weeks in a medium size and I outgrew that one just this past week. I am measuring at 44 inches from lower back to under my belly so I got the extra large sized one meant for 43-47” and hopefully won’t have to get a third before the end of this pregnancy though I know it’s highly likely 😅 ... show more

I would not recommend this product at all. I'm pregnant and need a belly band, but this was not a winner. It is extremely uncomfortable and ineffective. After I bought this I went into buy buy baby to try on other belly bands and they felt really good, not like this one. So by comparison I know that this one is not good. I returned it, and I want to warn other mamas before they waste money and time on this. The fabric does not feel good against your skin. When you sit, it folds weird and stays bent which makes it less effective. Even though I bought a size bigger according to their size chart, it was very tight and extremely uncomfortable. I tried to put it looser and it was too loose to be effective, when it was tight enough to work it hurt. Same with the suspender part, either too loose to be effective or too tight to be comfortable, there's no in between. ... show more
