The algorithm of the whole internet has been trying to convince me that wire-free bras are a great idea, and so I broke down and tried 5 different brands/styles, because who wouldn't like to skip out on wires poking you from now on? Consistently I've determined that if you have a cup size larger than a C, you will not find a holy grail bra without wires, HG being defined as both comfortable and shapely. First, some pros: All in all, this is a VERY comfortable bra. The sizing on the product listing photo is good. I'm a 40DD-DDD, and only the DD is covered in the 2XL, so if anything I was expecting the cup sizing to be a touch too small for me. I'm able to wear this bra on the middle column of hooks, with room to adjust smaller or larger as needed, so the band sizing is accurate. Even better is that the small border of delicate mesh at the top of the cups somehow prevents much overflow, so the cup sizing is rather forgiving. The back with 3 rows of hooks is a little narrow for my larger body, but the back doesn't roll and is smooth under clothing. There are no internal tags or annoying seams, this lies smooth against the skin. Straps are wide and comfortable and do not dig in at all. This bra has good lift and support, bringing my chest up to where it's supposed to be, and the stretch doesn't give out after all-day wear. It's supportive enough to have minimal bounce/jiggle at a fast paced walk. The "coffee" color is a gorgeous modern neutral, way more luxe feeling than a standard beige. It's gone through the wash and dryer several times now with zero shifting or bunching of the internal pads, and those pads are just thick enough to give a smooth "headlight free" contour without adding bulk that a larger-chested woman doesn't need. But it's not perfect, so some cons: The photos on the product listing shows the band of the bra resting flat against the ribs under the cups, but that frankly does not happen on me. Instead, the bottom of the band curls under to just become part of the cup, probably because despite the sizing chart indicating that a B cup and a DD cup can both be wearing the same bra, the latter needs a whole lot more cup room (obviously). Like other "jelly bras" I've tried, bands of silicone provide support while the fabric/elastic of the rest of the bra is more stretchy, and the result of this arrangement is inward compression: you WILL be sporting the uniboob look as the jelly bands on the sides press everything toward the center. It's a smooth and shapely uniboob look, more like a firm push-up bra than the flattened smush that you get with a sports bra, so this is fine under any loose-fitting top where the lack of separation is more hidden, but I would not wear this with deep V-neck tops or dresses. Silicone is also an excellent insulator (that's why oven mitts are made of silicone), so those jelly bands trap heat next to your skin, which is not ideal for hot weather or exercise activities. For $15, this was a good purchase. It's comfortable and provides a decent shape, and so far it's holding up nicely in the wash. But it wouldn't be a good choice as a foundation under dresses or thin tops that require more ideal shaping, and the uniboob is going to be uncomfortable and hot in warm weather.

I am an older woman (60) and I found the bra to be very comfortable with a good fit. The sides did not dig into my skin and it had a nice slimming affect where my skin is no longer as tight as it used to be. I feel the padding gave good support and stayed in place through washing. I appreciate the soft detail at the top of the bra to give it a more elegant look. I do wish the nude color was a little more realistic to actual skin tones. Always be sure to wash your bras in a gentle cycle and in a bra bag to protect the life of the bra. Washing a bra any other way will decreases the life and degrade the quality of the bra more quickly. I was very surprised how much I liked this bra being that it was so inexpensive. Definitely recommend.

3 month update. No longer has lift or support. I sleep in it because it died t feel like i'm wearing anything. I'm in total disbelief about this bra. I mean to tell you it is blowing me away. I had little faith in a wireless bra. I've had to wear underwire bras since I grew to a DD 35 years ago. I googled "best bras for sagging large breasts over 50". I ordered ten different brands based on my searches compared to amazon reviews. We are talking hours of searching. This bra was top of the list in all areas. The comfort is unbelievable. The fabric is so light and smooth as silk. I look in the mirror with disbelief that I am wearing a bra because you don't feel it on. It brought the breast up where they haven't been since 2002. I cried. The shape is very natural and great. They are perky and perfectly round yall!!! I'll never mess with another bra. They need to get more colors frfr. A medium fit perfectly. I am a 160lb, 5'6" 36DD. It comes with an extender so you will be okay to size down if you are not sure. My only complaint is the seating between the breasts because there is no separation. Here is a list of my other tries. 2nd place Delimirar front close underwire. Very nice lift and separates the breasts. Very comfortable. 3rd place goes to Quttlzze scalloped push-up. It was just as great except the fabric was not quite as soft. 4th Yvette Adjustable sports bra 5th Panache Women's Power Underwire Sports Bra These were all great with lift and shape but did not have the comfort of Posefree
