I use this on a daily basis. I love the inventory feature which helps for small shops. The menus are less intuitive to work with at first, but after the learning curve, it gets better. Definitely has features bundles that is an option with more expensive software.

My pos was broken and I needed new system. I got an offer $3600 for a new system which is cloud based. No thank you. I bought POS Maid from Amazon. POS Maid is pretty good than I expected. It was very easy to setup and use. I strongly recommend this product.

So far so good! This pos software is easy to navigate. I like the Quick Menu Buttons with touchscreen monitor and the Import Inventory From Excel saved me a lot of time. They should do the same thing with the Customer Data Menu where you could import data from excel and I don't mind paying for that upgrade. ... show more

the software is very basic and has a lot of nonsense you will never need to use. i had an issue with tech support and they refused to help me after giving me some very strange and unprofessional replies, ended up just uninstalling it. for that reason i can not recommend this product to anyone. you need to have a product you can trust and this is not it. ... show more
