This washing machine has 2 fatal flaws from my experience. First, it doesn't handle 27 lbs. Second it balls the clothing up and ties knots with the legs of pants. So. even if it did hold 27lbs it would still not function because the clothes end up in a ball.. The machine has safety methods built in that turns it off to prevent damage to itself. I tried to make 2 of these work but after 2 weeks of purchase and return. I have laundry piling up from two weeks of purch/ return. I really like these small machines but this one seems to either have way too soft basket spring stabilizers or its just not made right.. Maybe both I guess. If you haven't tried one of these smaller machines feel at ease with the purchase. They are great at two days of clothing. Maybe the smaller one they sell is good but I am spooked and going to another seller and/ or model. I hope this helps you decide and saves you the bother I have had.

Horrible, la manguera por donde bota el agua, se pasa tapando,cuándo es poca ropa, se amontona, da golpes , para que la ropa salga estrujada, tengo que repetir el proceso de spin, aun así no sale bién, no la recomiendo para nada.

The machine becomes very unstable during the spin cycle — it shakes excessively and moves out of place. We purchased the product via Amazon on September 26. It arrived about a week later and remained in our receiving department for approximately two weeks before we began using it. At first, the machine worked fine. However, on October 30, we noticed that the drum began moving excessively, causing the entire machine to shift by about a meter during the spin cycle. It also stopped during the rinse cycle. The machine is level and operates normally when washing a small load (around five towels), but with any larger load, the drum becomes unstable and moves significantly. Anypro Customer Service wanted a video which we, re-created without any issue since machine seems to be separated from 4 support arms or bearing is broken. final error E-4 we adjust 4 hand towels to balance the drum after speeding they end up in one location. Machine is a lemon.

I was very excited about this purchase. It was set up in 5 minutes. I washed 3 loads, and ran each one on spin only when the wash cycle finished. Clothes came out clean and fairly dry. The machine is not noisy or loud. I attempted to wash a load 2 days later and the machine is now giving an E2 error: drainage issue. I did nothing different from the last time, but the machine will not drain the water. Amazon customer service provided the contact information for the company and a full refund. I hope this is an issue that the company can easily rectified.

The media could not be loaded. Apenas tengo 1 mes y 2 semanas de tener esta lavadora y e notado varios problemas los cuales no esperaba, la manguera del desagüe se sale sola y cada vez que lavo tengo que destornillar la parte trasera de la lavadora porque si no estoy pendiente el agua sucia cae en el piso y me inunda mi habitación la cual ya me pasó una vez, otro problema que e notado es que aveces no exprime bien la ropa y la deja empapada de agua, tengo que torcerla yo para poder sacarle el agua porque la pongo otra vez a torcer y no lo hace la deja igual, la ropa se enreda mucho ella sola, hay que separar la ropa a cada rato para que se lave bien porque de lo contrario queda con jabón. Aveces la máquina está lavando y tal vez tiene en la pantalla que le faltan 22 minutos y cuando la vuelvo a ver después de un rato está en la misma cantidad de minutos😒 No se que pasa con esta lavadora pero tengan cuidado y precaución al querer comprarla😮💨

It has been a week since the tub i guess broke off from whatever was holding it and now it violently shakes to the point that the water hose to drain the water broke off and got my whole RV wet.
