The media could not be loaded. Such a cool item! Agitates the water just like a regular washing machine would, just on a smaller scale. It worked well in my regular kitchen sink but would be better in a deeper vessel like a bucket. Nothing gets caught inside of the device, though items can get caught up in its whirlpool and twist up. Thankfully this usually resolves itself because the device switches direction every 30 seconds. Highly recommend for washing small items if hand washing isn't for you. Got my items very clean (done with a rinse cycle, wash cycle, then rinse cycle again).
