Portability is very limited, and touchpoint is not calibrated correctly, and only worked with one of my computers (unfortunately did not work with the main computer I purchased it for) I have another touchscreen 4K monitor which is a simple straightforward plug & play connected through USB only and touchpoints are correctly calibrated, and works with all my computers. This monitor only worked with one computer with both USB & HDMI connected. The other computers did not have an HDMI port and did detect when the USB was connected or disconnected but did not detect the monitor which remained blank. I had power plugged in at all times. Build quality and brightness is very good but software integration is questionable. Touchscreen does not work properly. When I touch, it is not calibrated to touch anything on the screen but I see my touch point mirrored on my desktop monitor instead, and I'm only able select items on the monitor, not on the touchscreen.

The reason I pay more to get this monitor is because it has a touchscreen feature but I try following the manual, plugging the cords in the right order as well as connecting it to different devices but no matter what I try, touchscreen just doesn't work in Windows. Weird thing is touch only work when you access monitor OSD menu to change settings. While I got a different touchscreen monitor that works the first time it's plug in no issue and no specific order of connection required. Another issue is although in descriptions and even the box says the resolution is 3840 x 2160 the actual resolution recommended in windows is 3840 x 2560*. If I try to switch it to 2160, the screen gets jumble up and it cuts half of the taskbar. Not sure if this monitor is defective but based on the one that I got, this monitor is not worth the value.

The picture quality is fantastic, the touch is responsive, precise, and fast. The weight is pretty good. It only has two little things working against it. 1. There is a bit of glare, whatever finish it has is pretty good but definitely noticeable in a regularly lit room. 2. My personal point of contention is the stand. It is very inflexible and barely provides a tilt, very little stability if turned or moved it just collapses. I've tried two 3rd party stands so far and due to the thickness at the bottom of the display, it can be difficult to find a good one. This was the only 4k touchscreen I could find at this size, it is a reasonable price and performs well. If those two things I mentioned working against it aren't a deal breaker for you then I highly recommend it.

You get what you paid for. Great case however I just stop there. Screen quality is quite low. quite hard to calibrate colors It runs a weird resolution that is slightly larger but the worst of all with my RTX5080, it didn't go beyond 30Hz. Not a great product. I don't recommend.

Didn't work for me with a Mac. But generally puzzled: the dimensions of the screen are just wrong for 4K, aren't they? 4K is 3840 × 2160 pixels, which means 16:9 screen ratio, right? But this screen is 3:2. I could use internal buttons inside the monitor to change the screen's settings to 16:9 but 1) a lot of the real estate was unused (black horizontal stripe at the top and bottom) and 2) my finger moves now were off -- I couldn't figure out exactly where the problem was but often I'd tap something and the cursor would be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch ABOVE where I clicked. Finally, the screen buzzed. All my other portable USB screens are completely silent. Had to return. Sorry.
