    • Nice pump, but performance overstated
I have only used this pump once to test it out, but so far it seems like a good product. The digital display is great. I particularly like that the display shows the input voltage to 1/10th of a volt, so that you can monitor your car battery as you use the pump. It also displays the PSI as it inflates and shuts off promptly when it reaches the set pressure. However, I do have some concerns. The description states that it will pump up a 10’6” paddle board to 15 PSI in just 8 minutes. But it took 12 minutes to get my 10’6”x32” board to 15 lbs. Also, the description states that it will pump up 3 boards without overheating, however the instructions state that you should not run it for more than 20 minutes continuously, and then let it cool down for 30 minutes before using it again. So even if it could pump up a paddle board in 8 minutes, pumping up 3 would take 24 minutes, which could cause the pump to overheat and presumably fail. At 12 minutes per board, it won’t even be able to pump up 2 boards, which is very disappointing. If not for these performance exaggerations, I would have no issues, because otherwise it seems like a quality pump. ... show more

    • Do not use for paddle boards
This pump does not work for paddle boards. I tried using it on my board several times. My board requires 12-15 PSI. At about 2.5 PSI, the hose pops off. I held it in tightly and could still only get it to 8.5 PSI.

This pump works great. I had no problem inflating multiple river floats, and inner tubes. This pump did it fast. Being able to use this from our car instead of having to haul them to the inflation area provided at the campsites, saved us so much time and energy. It comes with multiple different nozzles that are easy to switch out. I like that it has a stop function so you never accidentally over-inflate.     • Essential for inflatable rafts and boards
We have a couple of inflatable boats and paddle boards for playing with out on the water. They come with hand pumps that not only take forever, they use a twist connection that none of my electric pumps (the standard air mattress kind) work with correctly. I thought it was a weird proprietary valve until I realized our paddle board uses the same one. I saw this electric pump advertised and noticed it has attachments that look like it, and what do you know! It fits! FINALLY I don't need to manually pump for hours before going out on the water! It has two modes, low and high, as well as an inflate and deflate nozzle which are pretty self explanatory. It requires a 12v socket so you'll need your car or DC power supply handy when using it. I personally found that the "high" setting, while very loud, did not seem to do as much as the low setting. I personally have been getting by with just the low setting, I'm not sure if I'm using the high one wrong of if perhaps mine is broken. Removing one star for that, but keeping 4 because this is such a time saver, I can't imagine ever going back to manual pumping! ... show more

This paddle board inflator is so much better than my previous one I had been using. It saves over 2 minutes in time and is definitely more quiet. It has both a stage one and stage 2 pump inside and all you have to do is set the PSI you want Hit power and you're good to go. I consider myself quite the paddleboarding aficionado, but the tedious inflation process of my board often had me rethinking my choices. That was until the Portable Electric Paddle Board Pump arrived, cruising into my life like a knight in shining armor (or should I say, a surfer on a shimmering wave). With its compact size and robust design, this pump promised to pump up my paddleboarding experience – and boy, did it deliver! It shrugged off the 22PSI pressure like an Olympic weightlifter, inflating my board with the ease of a lazy summer breeze. The fact that this little dynamo inflates 2.5X faster than my previous manual pump is no joke.
