I ordered this Casamaya portable closet to display clothing I was selling at a booth at my local flea market. I wanted to give a fancier and more organized look to my spot, rather than laying all the clothing out on a table. I will say the size of this closet is impressive, especially when I was assembling it. I made sure to get to my booth early and give myself plenty of time to get the assembling done, and I needed every second of it. The closet isn't difficult to put together, just a little time consuming. The quality of the materials seems good and I appreciate the tubes used to put it together are steal and not plastic. This way if I decide to sell a few more times this year, I don't have to worry about breaking any plastic tubes. The canvas material used seems strong, but the zippers and the pieces the roll up and down to open and enclose the closet don't feel like they will be able to hold up to me assembling and tearing down multiple times. The spaces for hanging your clothing are a nice size and I had plenty of room for all my items, without them being stuffed in tightly. I really like the fact this closet has feet at the bottom that lift it off the ground. Without this feature, the bottom of the closet would take a beating on the ground and become filthy right away. The price seems competitive when compared to similar items and is a good value buy. Overall, this portable closet did everything I needed it to do. It helped me stand out a little in the crowed and I believe it was responsible for a good number of sales I made.

I did not completely assemble this wardrobe but spent time unpacking and dry fitting the parts. I can see that assembly will be straight forward, there is nothing that will be difficult or tricky but there are a lot of tubes and it will take quite some time to get the job done. That’s not a fault, it’s just a fact. There is a very clear 10 page, step-by-step instruction booklet. I ordered the larger unit (81.5"L x 17.7"W x 78"H). That’s an impressive six and a half feet high and almost 7 feet long. When assembled this will make a very large storage unit and so you should expect to spend some “quality time” on the floor putting this together. Be sure you have a space to accommodate this. The base plates are sturdy, well reinforced plastic in which the tubes push fit into the holes. The tubes are heavy gauge steel, nicely painted and give the whole a good bit of strength. The fabric shelf liners and cover are made of a really heavy gauge canvas poly material. All of the materials are of high quality and this will build out to be a large, strong wardrobe with a full cover and lots of features. I think this is a good value and prefer this over some of the other rickety, open hanger racks.

Setting this up was actually pretty straightforward and the manual was very easy to follow. Can definitely be done by yourself assuming you're tall enough but definitely easier with another person. There is plenty of space inside and it does feel decently sturdy, with a bit of wobble here and there. The entire thing is friction-fitted so be sure that you are building it in the spot you want it to remain because even if it is lightweight to move on its own some of the tubing can pop out of the holes which can become a bit annoying. The hanger spacing is great but I did find that the rods do not hang low enough for the hangers I use to quickly be pulled off and put on. This isn't a MAJOR issue but was also a bit annoying. They also tend to slide back and forth since the anchor points are simply hung over the frame but while in-use this wasn't to much of an issue. Overall I am pretty happy with how it turned out and while it is a temporary addition to my home it is definitely a good one.
