Two things made me buy this: the built-in cables (I LOVE that) and the battery size - all at a reasonable cost. It came with about a 63% charge and the instructions say to draw it down to zero the first time. I used it all week on my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL phone with no problem. My phone would go from 70% to 100% in maybe 30 minutes. I couldn't wait for the battery pack to hit zero so I recharged at 13%. I plugged it in around 11:30 AM and it was at 100% by 4 or 5 PM. I don't think that's too bad for the size of it. The cons? It's heavy! Using a food scale, it's 1.07 lbs (486 grams). You wouldn't want to have this in your pants pocket but I'll be carrying it in a backpack so it's fine. The other small con is that my wife has a new iPhone which changed to the same USB-C plug as my phone. So we'll have to use a other cable to charge both at the same time. The only other thing to think of is the built-in cables are short. Being a heavy unit it's a bit awkward to use your phone as it's charging unless you're at a table or desk. But that's not horrible unless two people want to charge and use their phones at once. Knowing all this, I would still buy it again! Now we'll see how long it lasts

If you have kids or are traveling this is the way to go! I can change my phone, two tablets, and we are good to go! The design is easy to charge and makes it so portable. It charges my phone quick but not so much on a big party speaker. The durability is great I carry it everywhere, it's been to mud parks and I even left it out overnight once. As a mom and on the go it's amazing!

It charges my phone in 45mins as where a wall charger will take 2 hours. It's worth it if you need a quick charge on the go. Plenty of cord options. Though there not to long but it fits the job. Simple design

The day I received the unit, it had 63% battery life, so I used the power left to charge my phone and wife's phone and still needed to drain down to zero as requested before recharging the bank. However, besides the weight which does not bother me, it took 7 hours to fully charge the power bank from zero to 100% charge. I ordinarily should give it a 4 Star because of the long charging of the bank, I said what the heck, it does what I want. I must say though, it does charge my phone pretty fast compared to my regular charger.

It would probably otherwise get four stars but for the price, definitely five. It has high capacity and the built-in charging cables, though short, are convenient in the fact that you will never find yourself without a cable. Speaking of cables, this is why I would ordinarily take a star off. This unit seems very picky about cables that you connect to it, particularly with certain devices. Ones that otherwise work fine with my other power banks and don't have any damage present. After finding that some of these units worked fine with the built in cables, I started trying different cables that I had and some of them worked just fine. So I don't think it's defective so I didn't RMA it. The digital display is very nice, not only precisely displaying capacity, but also confirming that power delivery is functioning correctly. I have 2 20,000 MaH power banks besides this one currently and despite this one having twice the capacity, it's really not much heavier at all. It does have a little bit of bulk but I don't feel it in my backpack and it's not uncomfortable in my pockets. So far it seems to be holding up fine and I've had it for months. I take it hiking regularly.
