Amazing!! So glad I bought it, and works well with heavy medical textbooks!!! Strong and efficient. The little page holders work also, so you could use them if you want ~ shown in the first image~ (I’m not going to because my textbooks are pretty thick and readings are 100+ pages due for one chapter, and it seems like a pain to have to remove the little page holder arms everytime I need to go to the next page 😅) but this is such an amazing item. You will not regret buying it!! For reference, in the photos attached, my book has over 1000 pages (I think 1,050?) and it does a great job!!!

Mostly plastic construction which makes it lightweight aka portable. Holds a variety of book sizes and thicknesses with no issues. If reading thicker books the metal tabs tend to flex which eventually bends them out which will prevent the unit from closing properly. Easily fixable by bending them back. Can't go wrong at this price point.

The media could not be loaded. Overall this is a great product. It holds my massive fantasy books and easily adjusts angles depending on your viewing preferences. I knocked a star off because the book rests on top of the arms that hold the page, putting the pages as risk of tearing if you’re not careful. The little arms are strong and can move around pretty easily. Overall I’d recommend it!

Broke right before the return period ended, sturdiness gave out and it lost its grip. At first it held position quite well, but then after a few weeks of use ( I used a 2inch binder for my medical book, really heavy) the front plastic flap that holds the book would slide down and off the holder. I had to try and squeeze the outer frame together because it kept coming loose. When it got to the point of having to adjust every time I turned the page, I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle and returned it. It would work great for other books, love the price and light weight design but my book was too heavy I guess. Still looking for another replacement

Bought this to hold a very heavy nursing textbook so that I could take notes. It holds the load well. There is a rubber type bottom that slides on some surfaces with heavier weight books, but if you want this for a recipe book or less, it would do a beautiful job for you.
