The cue came on time. Well packaged. Cue itself is straight and the tip is okay and not too soft. Easy to spin the ball. Only gripe I have is the joint pin because there's a problem if the shaft gets damaged beyond repair. Also there was a slight sound when shooting the ball with a lot of speed. I received this cue the end of Oct 2024. In less than 4 months of use the front shaft has warped. Amazon notes the product is not eligible for return or replacement. I've shot pool for many years and sorry that a product of this apparent quality would warp in this short amount of time. It was bought for a friend. Embarrassing for me but more so for Ray Speed. Amazon should be more selective in which products they sell. ... show more
