I love this olive oil. It's light and refreshing. I use it for cooking, as an oil for my body, and actually take it by spoonfuls for cholesterol control. If you do take a spoonful of it, it does not leave an oily taste in your mouth, although it is somewhat spicy. I had a difficult time opening the bottle, so for all those people ordering this, it's actually very easy. Take a small sharp knife and run it between the knurled cap and the smooth ring.
