This has been installed on a horse trailer. It is a bit taller than my original hitch so I can’t open the tailgate all the way unless the trailer and truck are aligned perfectly straight. It does need to be plugged in and my truck has to have the lights turned on for it to work. Once it’s plugged in, it’s so easy to use. One button for up and down, and it goes at a good speed and isn’t overly loud. It’s been used multiple times and lifts the 2horse trailer without any problems. It seems to be good quality and has held up well in use for the last couple months.

This tongue jack makes the beginning and ending of every camping trip a lot easier. Installation is quick and easy. Just 3 bolts to take off the old jack, drop the new one in, and connect to the battery and you're ready to go. The motor is more than enough for our 17' trailer. The foot is a bit smaller than our original so we switched them out. Comes with a nice heavy duty weatherproof cover.

Works as expected. I failed to read the description and thought it was plug and play. It is not, there is some wiring involved. My bad, so I didn't ding the rating. If you have any electrical knowledge at all, it's absurdly easy to install.

The media could not be loaded. This trailer jack failed on me after only a few months of use. The foot of the jack dropped down on its own while driving down the road. Fortunately I was not on the highway and was able to pull over quickly. After contacting the seller and sending them videos and pictured of the jack and how it failed. Then after messaging them several times over the course of several weeks, they said they would not replace the item. I will not be ordering anything else from this seller/company. I would caution anyone else considering purchasing this item to do the same and look for another option.
