I installed the POLESTAR 3500lb Electric Trailer Jack on my travel trailer and it has been a huge upgrade over my manual jack. Installation was straightforward — basic wiring to the battery and it was ready to go. The lift speed is smooth and strong, and it easily handles the tongue weight without struggling. The built-in LED light is a great bonus for early morning or late-night hookups. It feels sturdy and well-built, not flimsy like some cheaper options. The weather cover is also a nice touch to protect the motor. For the price, this jack delivers excellent value. It makes hitching and leveling so much easier and saves a lot of cranking. Highly recommend if you’re tired of manual jacks.

This has been installed on a horse trailer. It is a bit taller than my original hitch so I can’t open the tailgate all the way unless the trailer and truck are aligned perfectly straight. It does need to be plugged in and my truck has to have the lights turned on for it to work. Once it’s plugged in, it’s so easy to use. One button for up and down, and it goes at a good speed and isn’t overly loud. It’s been used multiple times and lifts the 2horse trailer without any problems. It seems to be good quality and has held up well in use for the last couple months.

I have had this Jack for over 6 months now. My old one went bad. This replacement jack is much better in my opinion, due to being able to adjust the foot height of jack before using electric motor. This Jack bolted right to the holes that old jack used. Only took about 1/2 hour to swap the old jack with this new one. Worth the Money!

It was easy to install and had plenty of power to lift my camper. It is a little slow, but that is expected to get the power needed for lifting. I did have to buy connectors for my battery as the wires came unterminated, but that is also expected. I like that it has a light on it. I would purchase it again if I had the same needs.
