  • Reasonable quality shade for a great price
Color: C2: Gun Frame / Grey Lens
I am often forgot to bring my shade with me every time I go out. So become a norm that I have to have a backup shade that is always in my car. So I ordered this sunglasses for that purpose. The frame is very think and lightweight, but somehow it appears cheaply made (does not look fancy). However, if it only cost <$22, this shade is not bad at all. The shade is truly polarized, lightweight, somewhat comfortable and look reasonable for daily commute, and it does last well if we store it permanently in a heat/cold car interior overtime. So if we must put the price vs quality vs look on the scale, I think it is not bad at all. Highly recommend for that reason. ... show more

  • Great set of sunglasses for the price! I think they look fantastic
Color: C2: Gun Frame / Grey Lens
I’ve been keeping these in my car for daily use and reach for them whenever I’m driving in bright conditions. The polarized lenses noticeably reduce glare off the road and windshield, which makes longer drives less tiring on my eyes. Visibility stays clear without the world looking overly dark or distorted. The frame is lightweight and sits comfortably without squeezing the sides of my big head. The nose pads help keep them in place, even when I’m moving around or leaning forward. After wearing them for a few hours at a time, they don’t feel heavy or irritating. The build feels fairly light-duty when I handle them closely, but for regular driving and general outdoor use they perform well. I’ve used them mostly for commuting and errands, and they’ve held up fine in that role. Easily recommended at this price!! ... show more

  • do no recommend the amber gradient lenses
Color: C3: Brown Gradient Lens
I really like the frames, lightweight and fit well. Unfortunately the amber lenses have a bad gradient and are not very dark. only the top third of the lens is amber. if they were solid amber, I would like them better, they have good quality optics . I also saw a lot of glare and sparkle because they chose to use a bright silver, highly reflective nose pad which are also very hard. You can see who they are trying to imitate, they just missed two key details of quality eyeglasses ... show more

  • Amazing crystal clear lenses and a lightweight frame Amazing crystal clear lenses and a lightweight frame
Color: C2: Gun Frame / Grey Lens
The Ricafirla Sunglasses are men's sunglasses with polarized grey lenses and a gun metal frame. I got them because I love quality sunglasses. For the price, I am not disappointed with these. The frame is gun metal at the temples and the top of the lenses. The metal is black wrapping around the lenses. The frames are sturdy and very lightweight. The hinges are spring; They expand out slightly to accommodate larger heads. As I have one such head, this worked great! They felt secure on my head without pressing too much. I wore them for several hours without fatigue. The lenses are dark grey and polarized. The clarity of the lenses is superb. I am very sensitive to distortion or uneven color. These had neither. They were very good lenses. There are two problems with the sunglasses. There is a small gap between the frame and the lens at the top right corner. See the pic. It is something I need to stay aware of so that I don't stress that area too much. As this is common for lightweight lens frame combos, I don't consider it a defect. The second is a design issue. The metal frames at the hinge is VERY sharp. The first time I went to put these on, I pinched my finger hard enough to draw blood. I consider this a quirk and not a defect. At the time of review, these Ricafirla sunglasses are a good deal. The quality of the frames and lenses are what make this a good deal. They feel like premium sunglasses. ... show more

  • Metal, sleek, well-made polarized sunglasses Metal, sleek, well-made polarized sunglasses
Color: C4: Black Frame / Green Lens
These are really nice and well-crafted polarized sunglasses. They are really stylish too and look great on the face. They can be worn by anyone. They are very light weight but sit nicely on the face. They have metal frames and plastic nose pieces that move to fit your nose perfectly. The shades are a great gray color that still lets you see clearly but blocks the sun's UV rays. The frames are metal and are very sleek in design. The spring hinges on the arms are tight, so they won't wear out any time soon and they stay tight on my face when I bend down. I feel they are durable and will last a long time. They come with a cleaning cloth, a cloth carrying case and a polarized card to show they are truly polarized. They come in a box with a magnetic lid closure so that the box can act as a protective storage case. The price is decent and I would recommend these to anyone. ... show more

  • Lenses punch above their weight, but the frame cuts corners
Color: C2: Gun Frame / Grey Lens
Ricafirla ships these with a polarization test card, and it works. Tilt the lenses over a phone screen and the display dims and blacks out at the right angle, confirming real polarization rather than just a tinted lens. The grey lenses cut glare well on bright pavement without distorting colors, which is what you want from a driving pair. The metal frame feels lighter than expected, maybe an ounce or so on the face. Spring hinges on both temples open past 90 degrees without resistance, so they flex around a wider head instead of squeezing. Adjustable silicone nose pads let you dial in the fit, and the gun-metal finish looks more understated than flashy. Where the build shows its limits is in the details. The nose pad arms are thin metal that could bend out of shape with rough handling. The temple tips have a rubberized coating, but underneath they feel hollow and plasticky. Run a finger along certain edges of the frame and you will notice spots that are not quite smooth. None of this affects how the sunglasses sit on your face, but it signals lighter-gauge materials than what you would find on pricier metal frames. The case is a soft velvet pouch, not a hard clamshell. Fine for tossing in a bag, but it will not protect the lenses from a crush. A microfiber cleaning cloth is included. For a pair of polarized metal-frame sunglasses at this price point, the optics deliver. The frame does its job but will not survive years of abuse. Treat them as a solid everyday pair rather than expedition gear and they hold up well. ... show more
