Not sure why others are unhappy. Same quality as what can be bought at a big box. Install was super easy. Install one screw when you have it where you want it. The remaining screws install at the top of the slots to keep shutter from sliding down. Don’t cram the screws down and distort the shutter. Install the batten covers. Looks great. Instructions say you can paint them. I kept them the white they came in. ... show more
