This seems to me to be a well-made boot and is meant to be a handsome, dress boot that is lighter in sole and body than many of the models aimed at being a casual, rugged boot for knocking around in. It does need a larger loop for pull-on that allows for a larger finger to get a more secure grip, in my view. The main problem re comfort, in my experience, is that the size 12, my usual shoe size, is a little too tight for comfort and causes a little pain on my feet. In fairness to the boot, this maybe more related to my feet personally, being overly sensitive and vulnerable to shoe ware, due to an arthritic condition. If I am to stay with this boot, personally, I would need to have it stretched a bit for a little more room to accommodate my foot issues, but I will try a couple of other boots first to see how they match up. That said, I would highly recommend this boot for a try because it has a lot going for it, not the least being: well-made, good-looking, light weight and priced well, under a $100!

I've worn these out to major events and always received compliments on them. Fit well and make for pretty good dancing shoes. I put insoles in them for comfort which made them just a little tight. Would buy again.

As many other customers shared in their reviews, there's a fundamental problem with the quality control and build of these boots. I've never seen brand new shoes with such a serious manufacturing defect. As you can see in the photos, the toe box is already detaching / peeling off from the soles. Unacceptable. I would highly encourage you to do do your research and purchase a different product. Another thing worth noting is that seller recommends buying full size smaller. This is completely inaccurate. These fit true to size.
