This is an true and honest review. After trying to find a replacement plunger for my old toilet paper holder I threw in the towel. Who knew that trying to replace your plunger could be so tedious. Made an executive decision realizing I had 2 choices: 1. Continue using the old style toilet paper holder, and chasing the crazy plunger spring around the bathroom or 2. purchase a new model. Well, I purchased a new model. Love this design. Installation was very easy as the template fit exactly where my old holder was located. The style is sleek and it functions just perfect. Just raise the bar up and slide a new roll on. Quality and workmanship is outstanding. Very satisfied and highly recommend this holder. Will be ordering again to retrofit my other bathroom.

I bought two of these for my new home and am very pleased with the quality. For the money a great product. My only concern was being able to fasten the holder to the wall fasteners without a slight wobble. One was installed into wood and worked great, however the one fastened to drywall would not tighten enough to make it snug against the wall. Hopefully not an issue over time.

I like this toilet paper holder! It’s stylish and holds the Charmin basic mega rolls great! It’s also super easy to lift up on the right side slide out the empty roll and slide in a new roll! I recommend it!

This is THE BEST design for a TP holder. It's so easy to replace a roll. This unit is very sturdy, attractive, and well made. The pivot screw is in tight, and I was concerned about damaging the holder as I had to use a lot of force to make it turn. But it was OK after that. Installing the second one is easy, but the instructions are inadequate for the first one. I suggest mounting the first hanger with the screws centered in the slots, with the vertical slot up. This will allow adjusting the height for level and width for fit. For installation in wood, drill 3/32" holes. For wallboard, use 1/4" and the supplied inserts. Place the screws for the second hanger 6.25" center to center from and level with those in the first. Then use a level when tightening the upper screws so the hangers are level. Then tighten the lower screws in the center of the slot, or so that the right edges of the hangers are 6.25" apart. Install the hanger pieces with the set screw facing down. Check the alignment for a gap. The gap can be adjusted by removing one or both of the holder pieces, loosening the bottom screws, and moving the holders to open or close the gap. If the wall isn't flat, there may be a difference in distance from the wall where the holder pieces meet. A shim under the edge of one or both holder pieces will correct that. Although getting a perfect fit between the pieces is a bit of a hassle, once done they should last a lifetime.
