This portable wardrobe is magnificent! It has so much space and can hold all I needed it to and then some. I originally hadn't planned on putting too heavy of clothing in it as I've owned a couple of these before and they really couldn't hold much weight. They would bend and sag after a few days and eventually come right apart. Not this one. I put all kinds of "heavy" into it and it doesn't phase this piece one bit. This was super easy to assemble, even though when I first opened the box I was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of metal rods (101 to be exact) and what seemed to be countless joints. One look at the instructions and divided the joints into categories it went up seamlessly. All around, an excellent product. I highly recommend and I will definitely purchase another.

This portable wardrobe was interesting to assemble. It reminded me of the kinds of toys I loved as a kid, all those building toys. Tinker toys or Lego or MagnaTiles or Lincoln Logs. You open the box and find a vast number of seemingly identical pieces and you think there is no end to what you can make. I am going to attach a photo of the parts so you can see what I mean. Putting it together, the building toy vibe continued, because we kept making mistakes and having to pull things apart, and this was easy. It took us two hours to put it together. The end result seems way sturdier than expected. The problem is, it’s weirdly undersized. The top half is supposed to hold things on hangers. But the hangers are wider than the space allocated to them. This is true whether you run the hanger rails lengthwise or crosswise. Which makes the top half of it useless. We are considering removing the top layer, and/or sewing some more fabric shelves to replace the hanger portion. Just use the whole thing as shelving. But we really needed to hang things in it. If you just needed the shelving it would be ok, like I said it is surprisingly sturdy. But as a portable coat closet, it fails.

We have minimal closet/storage space in our home, so this was a NEED! We set it up in out laundry room for shoe/winter clothing storage and it holds A LOT. Was pretty easy to put together too! Absolutely love it and would recommend!
