I've been trying to get as many silver tempest and lost origins as I can before the set becomes deluded and packs become scarce.

    • Basic starter deck to play the game
Opened 3 of these; each package contained a wrapped 40 card deck with one promo card, and 4 unopened booster packs giving 80 cards total for each package (you'll need 60 cards to build a paying deck) the box is small and is sized to work as a deck holder for your playing deck. The 40 card deck is a mixture of Sword and Shield series cards, not just Silver Tempest, there were multiple repeats in order to create a playable deck. This is a good package to learn the basics of deck building and game play, these were not good packages for card collecting. Of the 3 that I opened: one had one good pull, one had one low value V card, and one did not contain any V cards, full art, or anything that stood out other than the promo card which were standard holo cards with a Silver Tempest symbol added. Buy this if you want to start deck building and playing the game. If you're just interested in cards and trying to get more rare cards spend a few dollars more and buy a booster bundle. ... show more

So I bought 9ne of these thinking it was gonna give me some form of rare VMAX, EX, GX etc, but instead I ended up getting this Archeops holo rare 😥 This is however a very good purchase to help build a deck or maybe even give cards that you need for collecting or bulidng a deck you already have, especially good for beginners. I especially like how you could buy multiple of these and get different cards but also multiple of the same cards. ... show more

Little pricey, but they are getting to be harder to find packs. Comes with 4 packs, a promo, and a 40 card deck. Opened 3 packs, keeping one for a sealed collection. And I was super suprised. 3 packs, 3 hits. The temptation to open the last pack now 😅 Pleasant suprise for sure.
