I was really scared when I was opening it and I couldn't find the booster pack anywhere but it turns out the pikachu side of the box flips out forward, revealing the booster packs. although the box is made entirely of cardboard it's relatively sturdy because it's a double layer with air between. there's a lot of cool mechanisms in the box. Although I bought this for myself I think this would be a great gift for a kid who is into pokemon because it's got a lot of pokemon themed stuff plus the interesting packaging. ... show more

Fun: it is a fun thing to buy, thankfully they are all real packs. I got some good pulls and my first SIR. I got a discount on it so it was only 30 bucks instead of 50 but I am writing this review as if I bought it for 50 because most people are going to buy it without the discount. Quality: you would think that it was made of paper but it was a leathery type of deal. I opened the box and was greeted with stickers, three promo cards, a deck box that included a cool pikachu promo card that is currently worth $10, and packs. One scarlet and violet base set pack, one paldea evolved pack, two obsidian flames packs, and two paradox rift packs. The promo cards were slightly bent and had ink marks on the sides and edges. But overall the quality was impressively good. Do I recommend: overall the item itself is something fun to give as a gift or just to collect on its own. I highly recommend to buy this item if you are looking for something fun to get. I hope this was helpful. ... show more
