Was contacted the company after leaving this review and thankfully we're able to work out the issue that there may have been a bad batch or something of the sort. I was contacted with either a replacement or something else to make things right so I went ahead with the replacement and I have been working with it for a while and it seems to be completely fine as compared to the other unit. I'm still not 100% sure what happened with that one it does work although I've noticed it does charge slow but this replacement unit charges with any plug that I plugged it into and it doesn't have the same issues as that. And as I mentioned in the original review below guys seem to actually lasts a long time, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm giving them a five stars because not only was the replacement as advertised and what I wanted but they were very good with customer service and I do apologize for the time it took me to update this as I wanted to make sure that the new battery pack work well. I have charged it and discharged it over five cycles and it seems to work fine c: Old review: To start with I do appreciate the size and heft of this however first thing to know is that the display image was absolutely categorical order when I bought the device which wasn't a big idea but it should have given me an indication of the quality. I would not consider this portable as it's very hefty so what I do is I usually use it at the house when I want to plug in but there is not a house plug available. Works great for that if you keep it in place have a plug not a problem. I won't bury the lead anymore It is not 50,000 miles It is maybe 30,000 it'll get down to 40% on the display and then suddenly turn off and will stop charging. This has been consistent for a while I try to initiate a return but it was unfortunately unable to which unfortunately made me rather upset. I would not consider this a good one but I'm going to use it because I rather not waste lithium. I just have no confidence in this.

I work a warehouse job and this thing rocks pretty well, I can get through a full 40 hour work week with my phone fully charged every day. Just be aware the charge depletes significantly faster after passing %50 battery life, consider %40 battery as nearly dead. Once you factor in the deceptive charge indicator its still an excellent battery bank and I would highly recommend it.

This thing is a beast. I just came on here because I saw someone doing a 1 star video review on this where he was complaining that his “replacement battery” goes to zero when you hold the power button. That’s actually a “feature” of the battery, it’s mentioned in the user manual. Not sure I’d ever use that feature but it’s there nonetheless. I just wanted to tell people not to hold the power button or the battery pack drains to zero instantly, that’s all😆
