I liked that the system has many features and works immediately out of the box. With the free software download of Audacity (not included in package) and an account at RSS.com, you can begin recording and streaming your podcast in no time at all. The only problems I encounter are some feedback through the monitor headset only and an unusual volume control problem when recording the programmable special effects. The problems might be related to a setting I have not yet figured out yet because there are many to explore, tweak, and adjust. If you are looking for an audio interface that has lots of options and features, this is a good choice.

This is a nice unit with excellent sound quality. I returned a less expensive model and this one made all the difference in the world. Operation is easy and reliable. The 48V Mic support and Included Microphone is awesome. I also used it with a second condenser microphone attached and am happy with the results. The echo effect works well and the built-in sound effects are ok if you need them. Voice changer is a bit hokey, but most of them are. The ability to record your own sound effects is awesome! Overall, a good transition up from the lower cost "toy" models to this more professional version. My only wish is that it could support 2 48V Microphones.

Why in the ost setting does it screech but on the other voice changing settings it does not? Am on a gaming pc

I purchased this after reading all these positive reviews. I tried a call in discord, I tried monitoring it myself and I also tried messing with all the faders and PC settings I could, there is robotic noise coming from my voice as well as a constant hiss in the background. This sounds very terrible and I would not recommend it for streaming or discord/meeting calls. However if someone knows a way to make it not sound awful I will gladly hear them out. Do note you cannot connect a dynamic XLR mic to it without phantom power being on and this card likely doesn't have enough gain for the dynamic mics through XLR only condenser.

The shock mount that holds the mic that screws into the boom arm the threads stopped being stable after a while I need to find a new one :(

Seriously there is very little redemption with this product. It is noisy, the quality is so sub par I barely got it setup before I threw it away. The mixer is terrible. It is so insanely noisy and the sound coming out is flat, tinny and even with the built in "EQ" you cannot get a good sound from it. Headphones - Just the worst. I mean you can get better ones from the dollar store. I really wanted this setup for only 1 thing, the mic, and that was a major let down. It crackled as soon as I plugged it into the mixer. Ok, fine, maybe I will try it out on my main mixing board, nope it crackled there as well. Overall I wanted this to be a good set but you are better off building all of this out piecemeal than trying to use this thing. +1 star because the XLR cable was ok so I kept that.
