Update! I contacted the Plus One company and they replaced the defective product. After emailing the company, customer service responded in a timely manner. They asked a few questions before ultimately sending a similar product (different type of charging port). I would definitely purchase from this company again. I believe all products/most of their products come with this type of warranty. Products are probably a bit pricier (not by much) but definitely worth it since I don’t have to worry about money going down the drain because the product was defective. I’ve had it for over 3 months and it’s still good as new. Love the product. It’s definitely my favorite! Previous review: I liked this product and was really disappointed when it stopped working properly. After a month, only one of the "motors" were working. Very frustrating. The light indicated that it was fully charged, but vibrations were weak.

While the product itself is amazing, its functionality is the poorest of any toy. I bought this toy twice from Walmart and once from Amazon and all three of them stopped working within two months. I thought it was just me but then I read all the other reviews and it looks like it’s a common problem with this particular toy.

do not buy this product ever. It will not last more than a few months. I bought 3 and 2 have gone bad a just stopped working. This is not worth the look. No return on this from what I have tried.

Whole body sensations are heavily important when you're having time alone with toys. This got that job done. I only knocked off a star because I don't particularly care for it not having a handle to grip better, therefore it taking more arm movement to get the thrusting done. However, the vibration of the shaft is incredibly perfect and the flexible C spot vibrator is very flexible as to adjust to exactly where you need it before playing. I originally bought this because my Nora by Lovense broke and I wanted something with similar battery life, waterproof and with shaft vibration.. but I did not care for the Nora's rotation feature as it was just awkward and I also no longer have use for the long distance aspect of that toy. Overall, the 3 hr battery life of this toy is outstanding for the price and is a great device to "get the job done" when in need. Definitely a staple in my toy collection! I only wish it vibrated just a little bit stronger and had more of a handle, but I understand it's more of a universal toy than a banger. It will always get me off, but sometimes I may need to grab a wand for a big finish if you know what I mean. ;)

So I’m 22 and still new to vibrators. I have one from Plus One as well (the bullet) and kinda needed an upgrade. It’s kinda hard when you and your SO have opposite schedule and the only time we do the deed is if one calls out from work. So I bought this one. I took it into the shower, annddd didn’t go as planned and bled the whole day (and also stung sometimes, kinda like when you slowly feel a UTI coming). I tried again at night and was definitely a large improvement from using it the first time (I was really shocked with how far it went in as well). I’m not super sure if my kitten is not okay with that sort of material, is too small or is really picky about wanting the real thing 😅 but overall it’s not bad for someone whose somewhat new to vibrators (I wish I could find my lube tho). Packaging wise was super discreet which is great because I live with my parents and sometimes they don’t read who the package is for. They double bagged the item and did it well! Only downfall that made me annoyed, was it didn’t come with a discreet baggy when opening the box itself. I have a discreet bag that came with the bullet, and kinda wish it did the same for this product so I don’t have to run to the bathroom and wash it (with the bullet, I would just slide it in the bag, toss it and go to bed. And yes, I do clean it. I clean it the morning after). I really don’t want to cough up some extra bucks for a discreet bag for this, but yet again I really need something to just drop, toss done, and just to hide in case someone comes into my room and decides to shove their nose where it doesn’t belong
