I fish recreationally throughout the year rather than commercially, so admittedly the products don't get heavy use, but they are durable and have met my needs, (I have yet to break or wear out any Plussino product I own). This 9-piece assortment of fishing gear includes several often-used products, and the cost is much less than if the contents were individually priced. Although the zippered pouch is a nice storage option, the contents/tools are more likely to be carried on my belt or loosely in a tackle box/bag. Overall, another great offering from Plusinno.

I recently picked up this Plusinno fishing tool kit and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The carrying case keeps everything organized, and the tools feel solid for the price. The fish gripper is sturdy, the pliers work well, and having everything in one kit is convenient for bank fishing or keeping in the truck. The knife has a comfortable grip and a nice sheath, but it wasn’t very sharp out of the box. It will definitely benefit from a quick sharpening before use. My other minor complaint is the included digital scale. It works, but mine seems to read slightly off compared to another scale I tested it against. It’s close enough for casual fishing, but I wouldn’t rely on it for exact weights. Overall, this is a great value fishing kit with useful tools and a nice case. A sharper knife and a more accurate scale would make it a 5-star product. I’d still recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable all-in-one fishing tool set. 🎣

THIS is the “kit” that I wish I found a LONG time ago rather than buying a 2 piece here and a 3 piece there and scale and then this and that here and there along the way. This is a great value for what it is and the tools are decent quality. These are not the most top shelf fishing tooling that I have ever handled but these should last a good long time. I love that everything comes in a flat zipper case that keeps everything in its own spot and easily packs into a fishing pack or behind the truck seat. The way this is put together will be useful to tons of different people. The scale works comparable to my other ones and is pretty “accurate” for what it is meant for. There are no batteries included for the scale which I am OK with if the “value” stays put on the kit overall. The fish grippers are all plastic except for the pivot pins. The retractable clip could have a little more tension built in but not a deal breaker. The coil tether and carabiner is a nice touch so there are multiple ways to attach the included gear to my person, pack or boat. I like the black and blue color and I think it looks sharp. The scissors and the split ring pliers both cut braid line with no issue. The knife has a comfortable hand filling grip on it and the sheath has built in sharpening and skeletonized design so it can dry out without rusting. Basically everything about this kit was well thought out and implemented. The knife came decently sharp but it would benefit from a touch up before its first use. I would order this again in a heartbeat and I can see where this would be an AWESOME gift for a new fisherman or even an experienced one like me that wants an “all in one” kit like this and the convenience it offers. If I need something I grab this case and I KNOW that what I need is inside. Even the rag it comes with is a nice rag and it is big! I really like this kit and I think most that get it will feel the same. Very happy with it!

The best part of this fishing kit is the storage case. It looks well organized, and the fish logo gives it a nice, distinctive appearance. Having dedicated spaces for the tools also makes the set convenient to carry and store. The accessories themselves do not feel especially high quality. The knife felt somewhat flimsy right away and was not very sharp out of the box. Some of the plastic tools also feel lightweight and may not hold up well with frequent or rough use. The kit includes a useful variety of basic fishing accessories, so it could still work as a starter set or backup kit. I will need more time to see how the tools perform in actual use, but my first impression is that the case is better than the contents.

I recently got back into fishing after many years of not having the time. As I build up my collection of rods, lures, and such, I came across this very handy 9-piece PLUSINNO fishing tool kit. The whole kit comes in a zip-up case and includes: a blade, pliers, scissors, a retractable connector, a weight scale, grabbers, a towel, and a lanyard. While I may not use every item in this kit, it's nice to have it all in one system. The quality is what I'd qualify as medium-good — they'll most likely do the job, and I'll have to fully test everything next time I'm on the lake, but the pliers and the blade seem to be the best-made items in the kit. PLUSINNO markets the core tools as corrosion-resistant, which would be worth confirming after a few trips in saltwater or heavy moisture, if that applies to how you fish. For the money, this is a good startup kit, and while I don't expect to use all of it, it's nice to know I have the tools as an option.
