Being my first portable monitor, I didn’t quite know what to expect. I’ve honestly wanted a portable monitor since I was a kid but never had a use case frequent or important enough to justify spending hundreds of dollars on one. Fast forward to now, and I have a solid need for it—and this monitor is meeting or even exceeding all my expectations. Physically, it’s incredibly well-designed. It’s attractive, lightweight, and the built-in stand/case is well-thought-out. The stand holds the monitor up well but may slip out of the groove if the desk is bumped hard. Thankfully, the monitor is so lightweight that even if it falls, it’s not much of a risk. When the case is closed, the monitor is also well-protected with a hard sheet covering the front. Their proprietary case snaps easily into the back, which is actually implemented far better than I had anticipated and makes keeping up with the case so much easier. Performance wise; it's bright, sharp, and reproduces colors really well. It's actually cool to see such a strong image coming from something so thin and lightweight. The bezels are also very small, which makes for an even better viewing experience. The main draw here is the ability to use a single USB-C cable for both video and power. While this is incredibly convenient, I think a lot of manufacturers are leveraging this feature to charge an unnecessary premium. You could get similar specs for just over 25% of this price if you don’t mind using multiple cables. Price is my ONLY negative on this entire setup. All in all, this monitor performs super well and has met or exceeded my expectations. No compatibility issues with Mac or PC. While I think the price is a bit high for the refresh rate and resolution, it’s a fantastic product that’s been tremendously helpful on days I'd like to work from my living room.

As the title suggests, the presentation of this USB monitor is brighter and clearer then that of my PC I use multiple screens at my home office and this monitor is a huge productivity benefit when I'm on the road. Got this primarily to be able to do on the go work on my phone more comfortably by extending my laptop and/or phone screens, and for that purpose this thing works very well. It looks sleek, the brightness is good enough for outdoor use, the stand/case works well ,the colors come out decent and the color temperature is adjustable. Probably not the best if you want to do some high-end gaming with the 60hz refresh rate though... I was pretty happy with it for my primary usecase, however when I tried to use it as a second monitor through a usb video adapter, this thing would refuse to work. I tried all possible resolutions and configurations available, and even tried it with a 1080p usb capture card too, but this monitor would not recognize the signal from any of them. This was an unpleasant surprise as I thought that if they removed hdmi/dp options and are advertising "do it all connectivity", it would at least be able to recognize usb c video. Would have been nice to have an hdmi or dp input option with how limited the usb c turned out to be. Overall if your only usecase is a compatible phone or laptop, this thing will serve you well (if you can tolerate the somewhat inflated price for it's size/refresh rate/etc), but it WILL NOT work with most usb c video adapters it seems...

Let me just start by saying that the monitor unit I first received was not functioning as expected and I was very disappointed... but then I reached out to tech support for help and they couldn't have been more professional and expedient. Within a few days of opening my support ticket and sending supporting video evidence of the issue, they sent me a replacement unit and a return label to send the defective unit back. The issues I was seeing with the first unit were QA and build quality related. The replacement unit I received is well made and performed as a premium product. And dealing with their support process was actually pretty effortless. Regarding the actual portable monitor, I'd say this is a very compelling option. Portable monitors have many compromises, but to find a full USB-C unit for this price is a good value. The main advantage is that, the video cable is also the power cable, which, for portable monitors, is a big difference. For me, I use it with a laptop and sometimes to monitor my camera and a single cable is pretty incredible. The other concern I had was the image quality. "HD" quality is usually not enough, but considering this is a 15-inch monitor, text and images are very sharp and pleasant to look at. My MacBook produces stunning images and I would use this as a quick reference monitor on the go. With all of that said, my main complaint is not the issue with a bad unit and having to replace it. My main issue is the fact that there aren't a lot of options for controlling the image. Professional portable monitors have additional controls for rotating the image, changing aspect ratios, gamma control and backlight/blackpoint controls. But even taking these into account with the price of this unit, it is still a good value. At the end of the day, a compact, no-fuss monitor that "just works"... and this portable monitor does the job well... I'd buy it again for sure...
