These are absolutely gorgeous! They are as long as I'd want and are such great quality. The heel is pretty darn high but that is advertised. My only warning would be that if you have larger legs these may not be for you. Granted I have smallish feet (size 7), but usually I have plenty of room in the legs of boots and these fit me like poured on paint and I had to do some work to get them zipped. My legs are not large really either, muscular thighs, but these were snug around the ankles and calves. Just a heads up if you have larger legs and smaller feet. Fits as expected planning on adding some metatarsal supports soon as they do tend to hurt after a couple minutes they are tight in the toe area and are fairly narrow but have a slight stretch in them so I will be breaking them in. Overall looking forward to wearing them on a night out with my hubby. (Im not the most graceful of creatures so dancing in these is a no from me dawg) expect to take a good 15 minutes getting into these atleast for the first couple of times. I was worried they wouldnt fit my thighs as I am more on the thiccer side but they did well. ... show more

So my intention when I first bought this was to give it 3-5 stars as I normally do for my Amazon reviews and Amazon can see that if they look back into my history of purchases. Now b/c I read all the previous reviews of just feeling pain while walking after a while, I tried to prepare by inserting memory foam shoe soles to prevent metatarsalgia. I normally wear a size 9 in women, but after reading the reviews I made sure to get a size 11. Should be enough space right, WRONG! Even with that I could not bear the pain that this boots caused me. In the first picture I only made it to the bathroom before entering into the Comic-Con ctr and could not even show off my boots b/c it hurt that bad and as a result as you can see it did peel off my skin which is disgusting and really hurts. I am returning and demanding of full refund! ... show more

I actually bought these boots to compliment my "Dirty" cop costume, but will definitely be wearing them with other outfits. They indeed stood out and completed my costume as everyone wanted to know where I got them. What I loved most about these boot is that I have skinny legs and they look like they were custom made with the ability to adjust the buckets for a snug fit. Even though I am only 5', I have long legs so I had enough thigh and fish net to show as well. I'm so glad I got off the fence and finally purchased these boots after just looking at them online for so long. i only have awful pictures of me in these, but i used them for my 2P (Nier Automata’s 2B recolor in Soul Calibur 6) cosplay and they were the perfect look! i was really worried about getting these since i’ve never worn shoes like these before, but they’re fun. i would say order anywhere from half to a full size up just so you have the room, and be careful! i was running a little wild in these and scuffed the outside quite a bit. (also i lost a bit of feeling in two of my toes and they still haven’t returned, so please learn from my mistakes) (edit: i forgot i added that bit, i got feeling back in my toes! took about 2 weeks) ... show more

Before I say anything, these shoes were for a cosplay photo shoot, I had to stand for about six hours* before I even put them on*, so my feet were already hurting a bit. But then I had to stand in them for about two hours. I even put one of those Dr. Scholl's ball of foot thingies in there... I have no idea if it helped. Cons: My feet did that "numb-but-thousands-of-needles" thing within ten minutes. If you have chunky thighs or very large calves, forget it. I am pretty athletic/average size and these suckers were TIGHT the whole way up my leg. Pros: If you can stand the pain, these shoes are super sexy. They fit as expected, not too tight, but my feet are narrow (I wear a 7). ... show more

I am a true 9.5.. I occasionally have to size up to a 10. I ordered these boots in a 10 and they felt more like a 9.. or even an 8.5? My toes were crammed in the sides which made it very uncomfortable. I ordered an 11 and while they fit better, they're still narrow at the toe (which isn't surprising since it is a point toe). The heel height is great..not too tall.. but I wear 3.5-4.5 inch heels all the time. I am a size 8/10 with muscular calves and thighs... these are very fitted in the leg. I struggled to zip them up at first but with a little wiggling, they went up and look fabulous! Superrrrrr sexy! I didn't want them loose or falling down. For the price, they're a great buy for my Storm Halloween Costume! ... show more
