    • Good Scooter with Poor Customer Service So Far
The headline says it all... My scooter arrived with a slightly warped rear brake rotor causing the rotor to slide against the inside rear brake pad constantly. Upon request for a replacement rear brake rotor, the seller has offered a replacement set of brake pads and a video showing how to adjust the caliper. The pads are not the issue (at least until they prematurely wear down due to this issue) and the caliper is not adjustable to prevent the issue. If this stalling continues, I will just have to get Amazon Customer Service involved to remedy the situation. The scooter is very sturdy and rides well, but I am sure the same scooter can be purchased from a seller who actually respects their warranty and customers. ... show more

Charger has a piece that breaks off and they offer no replacement that will charge the scooter, so less than 5 months of use. NOT GOOD

This is so much fun to ride. So far I couldn’t be happier with my new scooter. Very fast so wear a helmet just in case but you will love it.
