Ordered this in October to gift on Christmas. I left it in it’s original box that entire time. We unboxed the Thursday before Christmas, went out of town for 48 hours, and came home to the cushions perfectly filled out and ready to play with! The dark gray color is great, the fabric is soft, the cushions are large and sturdy. I liked that this came with additional pieces compared to the Nugget and the price was so much better, especially on sale. The zippers seem like good quality, but haven’t had to wash or remove the cushions yet. I have ages 3 and under so the cushions are a bit large and heavy for them to move around themselves, but I fully expected that. The only negative I can come up with is there is a tiny bit of a smell to the cushions. I’ve noticed it’s gotten better each day and is really only noticeable if you smell them up close. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for something that the kids can burn energy with, and is comparable to a Nugget, but at a better price point! ... show more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This play couch is the most perfect addition to any play area! ✨PROS✨ -assembly was SUPER EASY. Literally just cut open the roll and let the couch fluff out. The couch was completely fluffed out within minutes of opening it. Beautiful color too! -light enough for my 6 year old to pick up and rearrange. The big bottom piece is a little heavy but not by much. -super comfortable and sturdy! I almost fell asleep while playing with my kids😅 -also great for my 1 year old. The couch isn’t too high so if he accidentally tumbles off he won’t get hurt. -the pieces stand up on their own which makes fort building a piece of 🍰! ❌CONS❌ -the couch smells a little funny, probably the smell of the factory. But not overpowering. -the material is super soft BUT it’s the type of material where you can touch it and then it looks dirty. Really like thia product my kids play with it all the time. Only thing I didnt like was the material picks up all sorts of little dirt and stuff and its not easy to clean off. I tried vacuuming and lint rolling and it doesn't come off. I’ve been emailing back and forth with the seller for days and was simply just requesting a new cushion, as you can see the one they sent is defective. It never expanded and is hard as a rock. The other cushions did, but have wrinkles all over them so overall the quality is poor. The couch also has the weird factory smell others talked about, but I anticipated that from the reviews. What I didn’t anticipate was the hassle of trying to get a replacement cushion for the defective cushion we were sent. I just need one new cushion sent and today they told me they would refund me $40 and I could find some suitable filling on Amazon for the cushion cover. So because their product is defective for my children’s Christmas gift, I’m now supposed to shop around on Amazon for filling for a very specific cushion? It sounds even more absurd as I type it out. Just beware of what you’re buying. I’m very disappointed with the couch overall, the quality is just subpar and I was really hoping the customer service would make up for it with this defective cushion piece-but that has unfortunately not been the case. ... show more

My item arrived with damage and I was prepared to return it. Instead, the seller reached out to me and offered a satisfactory solution. I hate the waste and hassle created by returning large items. Thank you for offering me an alternative solution! For some of the issues I see in other people's reviews, there was no chemical smell to my product at all. If there was, I would have simply removed the fabric and gently wash and air dry it. I have purchased items like this before that did not fully expand within the first week. This item did fully expand without problems, but if it wouldn't have I would have taken a hair dryer to it with a fabric off from a safe distance. That helps this kind of material expand instantly, but you have to make sure you don't damage the fabric or internal structure by having it too close to the hair dryer. Love it! I was a little scared reading all the comments on how some people have issues, and I was just praying to God that I didnt run into any issues. We opened the package on a Friday and went camping for the weekend. On our return, the couch was all inflated and ready. The kids use it so much, and it's super comfy even for me! I have used it to even lie down with the baby to breastfeed her. The kids have used it as beds for sleepovers in my room when we have company, and each long piece serves as a large enough bed for each child (the kids are 5 years and 7 years old).
