  • WFPB and SOS
Love all the Engine 2 products!!! Delicious and within my health guidelines for food. Love having these around when I don't have time to prepare something.

  • Finally!
Finally some soup options that are whole food plant based that are oil free and very low sodium. I enjoy cooking, but it is nice to finally have some convenient and tasty options.

  • Good chili but better with additions
It's a little too salty for my taste, but it makes a good base. You can add leftover veggies like carrots, tomatoes, or greens of any kind. Cut up sweet potatoes go very well with it, too.

  • Not worth what they are asking.
When my husband was diagnosed with heart problems and was given a pacemaker, one of the best resources we found was the Esselstyn books on plant based diet for heart patients. Rip Esselstyn, who is the son of Dr. and Mrs. E., developed this chili. The product here is unearthly expensive and will teach you nothing. Take my advice:. Buy Dr. E.'s book and Rip' s cookbook. The chili recipe is in there. For fifteen bucks you can make a huge pot of chili and freeze half for later. In addition, you will learn to take care of your body before it goes bad.n ... show more

  • Good, but expensive
Of the new Plant-Strong options, this is the only one that I found that I like. If your palate has adjusted to the WFPB no SOS diet, then I think you might like the Plant-Strong chili. I give it five stars for flavor, but only two stars for value as it is quite expensive at six dollars a box. If money is not an issue, then this is a great option. For those on a budget, maybe wait until it goes on sale at Whole Foods or on Amazon and we can stock up then. ... show more

  • Pass
i usually love low sodium products. this is expensive even on sale and tasteless. I tried 3 varieties, result was always the same..tasteless, no satisfaction, no value.

  • Support the effort, but the execution and pricing are not great 3/5
I found on Amazon the Whole Foods 365 version of this, which is less expensive and tastes a little bit better, but also a bit saltier. The Plantstrong version of this is somewhat bland. I was worried it might be too spicy, so bland is better. It's also a bit watery, but it also has a little more stuff in it. It is a good idea and I hope they develop these product and some others. I've been very disappointed in every Plantstrong product I have purchased ... definitely tastes like they were created by firemen with no cooking experience! ;-) I'm hoping for improvement, but for now I rate it a 3/5. ... show more
