Pretty good for the price. Each pocket is for two servings, so I added some carrots, mushrooms, scallions, frozen green peas, and we had more than two servings soup. The spice pocket is not too salty, as it says not to use the whole spice pocket to avoid too much salt. But you can always add a bit of more water. Altogether is a good solution for a quick evening meal, or lunch - wherever hunger strikes you.

I always chop up a few vegetables, dice a little meat and add it with a slice of cheese as the soup begins to boil. I've been enjoying this for several years. It never gets boring; just change out the veggies from time to time. I truly enjoy the aroma as it begins to permeate the house. Sometimes (not often) I get a little irritated when folk come strolling in following the scent; "Whatcha cooking?"
