This places a plastic strip around a branch, then staples it. Does it work? Yes. But the bands are not commercial strapping held with adhesive or heat. The staples work but not as firmly as I expected. We use it for smaller plants and hold large vines with plastic tomato clips.

Instructions weren’t very clear, took a while to learn how to retract tape, and how to load staples. But once I figured it out it worked like a charm.

Thought it was going to do a good job. Well spring came and started to tape some grape and after roughly 30 cycles it’s broken. Staples supplied with taper won’t slid and eventually the plastic follower also broke. Can I have a replacement please so I can see how long the next one will last?
